Terms of Service

Welcome to CelpipLabs. CelpipLabs is a trading name of BSF Sağlık Hizmetleri ve dış ticaret Ltd şti (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the company you are contracting with. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any related services, content, features, or functionality we provide (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Services Provided

CelpipLabs is an independent online platform offering self-guided resources to help users prepare for the CELPIP exam. Our services include practice questions, full-length mock exams, and educational strategy tips.

We do not provide live instruction, tutors, or classroom teaching.

2. User Accounts

To access and use key features of the Platform, you are required to create an account and provide your name and email address. This information is used for account management and customer communication only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Membership and Payments

Access to most content on the Platform requires the purchase of a Pro Membership, offered in various subscription durations.

  • Each task contains limited free previews before purchase.
  • Membership grants access to all study resources during the active subscription period.

3.1 Merchant of Record

The Platform is provided by BSF Sağlık Hizmetleri ve dış ticaret Ltd şti. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, a separate company. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the Platform - Paddle, not CelpipLabs, is the seller of record for your order.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles payment processing, billing, subscription renewals and cancellations, invoicing, the collection and remittance of sales tax, VAT and GST, refunds, and chargebacks, and provides customer service for billing enquiries. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. "Paddle" or "Paddle.com" may appear alongside CelpipLabs on your bank or card statement.

Your access to the Platform, and the practice content it provides, remain governed by these Terms and are provided by CelpipLabs.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. How much of the Platform you have used does not affect your entitlement - there is no exercise count, no mock exam limit, and no question about how far you got.

We may decline a refund only where there is evidence of abuse: an account shared, resold or used by more than one person (section 8), automated scraping or bulk downloading of our content, or a repeated pattern of buying and refunding. This is not a usage limit. Working through every exercise we have is exactly what the Platform is for, and doing so does not cost you your refund.

The quickest way to get a refund is to write to info@celpiplabs.com from the address you bought with. We answer the same day and raise it with Paddle for you, so there is nothing else for you to do. If you would rather handle it yourself, refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and you can request one directly at paddle.net using that same email address. Either way the money is returned to your original payment method. For full details, see our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We may change pricing or subscription features in future, with appropriate notice where required; any change applies to renewals, never retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

4. User Submissions, Privacy, and Email Communication

The Platform does not facilitate public user submissions. Any data you enter (e.g., test responses or scores) is accessible only to you and the system for functional purposes. We do not display, sell, or share user submissions with other users or third parties without your explicit consent.

4.1 Sharing your results with a teacher

The Platform includes an optional feature, My Teacher, that lets you share your own results with one other person. It is entirely up to you: nothing is shared unless you start the invitation yourself, enter that person's email address, and confirm that you understand what they will be able to see. That confirmation is the explicit consent referred to above, and it applies only to the person you named.

Once an invitation is accepted, the person you invited can see:

  • your mock exam attempts and scores;
  • your practice history and individual submissions, including the text of your writing answers;
  • the automated feedback and evaluations generated for those submissions.

Their access is read-only. They cannot submit, edit, re-score or delete anything, they cannot see your saved words, your payment details or your account settings, and they cannot invite anyone else on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from the My Teacher page; access stops immediately, with no notice period. Choose who you invite carefully - once someone has seen your work, revoking access cannot un-see it.

4.2 Email Communication and Consent

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential email about your use of the Platform. These are service messages you cannot opt out of while your account is open, because the account cannot work without them:

  • Account confirmation and email verification
  • Password reset instructions
  • Sign-in and account security notices
  • Subscription, renewal and payment receipts
  • Coaching invitations you send or receive through My Teacher
  • Notices about changes to these Terms or to the service

We may also send non-essential email - a reminder about your practice or progress, an occasional discount code, or a feature announcement. These are optional. Every non-essential message carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately and without you needing to sign in, and you can also turn them off from your account settings or by writing to info@celpiplabs.com. Unsubscribing from these never affects the essential email above.

We do not send unrelated marketing email, and we do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing. Your email address is shared with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, solely so that purchases, receipts and subscription notices can be processed - see section 3.1 and our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform - including practice materials, mock tests, text, images, graphics, and code - is the exclusive property of CelpipLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use that content for your own exam preparation, and nothing more. Except with our express prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any material from the Platform;
  • use any of our content for commercial purposes, or resell it in any form;
  • share our materials externally, including with people who are not members;
  • scrape, mine, or bulk-download the Platform, or use it to train or evaluate any machine learning model;
  • create derivative works from our content, or strip our attribution or branding from it.

For the avoidance of doubt, no permission granted under this section is implied by your use of the Platform or by your payment for a membership.

6. Support and Dispute Resolution

For all support requests, payment issues, or general disputes, contact our support team at info@celpiplabs.com. We aim to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Account Usage Restrictions

  • Accounts are intended for individual use only.
  • Sharing an account among multiple users is strictly prohibited.
  • Purchased accounts may not be resold, distributed, or made accessible to others by any means.
  • Any abuse or suspicious activity, including automated misuse or damage to the Platform, may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Where we suspend or terminate an account for a breach of this section, we do not refund the unused part of the period you have paid for, and the subscription does not continue. This does not limit the money-back guarantee in section 3.2, and it does not override your rights under Paddle's Buyer Terms: Paddle is the Merchant of Record and decides refund requests made to it. Before suspending an account we will normally contact you first, so that a shared password or an unusual sign-in pattern can be explained.

9. Affiliation Disclaimer

CelpipLabs is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by CELPIP or Paragon Testing Enterprises. Use of the Platform is for practice purposes only; your performance on our platform does not guarantee any specific result on the official CELPIP test.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelpipLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If a material change is made, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
