Privacy Policy

CelpipLabs is a trading name of BSF Sağlık Hizmetleri ve dış ticaret Ltd şti (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which is the data controller for the personal data described here. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms herein, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account or contact us, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address

This data is collected solely for account creation, communication, and providing access to our services.

1.2 Payment Information

Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect, process, or store your card details on our servers at any point - they are collected directly by Paddle.

Paddle acts as an independent data controller for the payment and billing data it collects, under Paddle's own privacy notice. We receive from Paddle only what we need to grant and manage your subscription: your subscription status, plan, renewal dates, and a Paddle customer reference.

1.3 Usage Data

To provide the service, we store the practice and exam data you generate (your submissions, scores, and progress). This data is accessible only to you and the system, and is used to power your history and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide access to purchased content
  • Communicate with you regarding your account, updates, or support requests
  • Improve our platform and user experience
  • Enforce our terms and protect the integrity of our service

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd, who sell the subscription to you and handle payment, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds. Your name and email address are shared with Paddle so a purchase can be completed and receipts sent.
  • Service Providers: trusted third parties who help us operate the Site (hosting, email delivery), under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Obligations: when required by law, regulation, or court order.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used.

  • Essential cookies - required for the Site to function (authentication, security, session state). These are always active.
  • Analytics cookies - help us measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the core features of the Site.
  • Session recordings and heatmaps - we use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers, to record how visitors interact with the Site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and navigation) as session replays and heatmaps, so we can find and fix what is confusing or broken. Passwords and other form fields are masked in these recordings; text you write in practice tasks may be included. When you are signed in, recordings are linked to your account email. Recordings are kept for 30 days and are not shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

Upon request or account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems unless required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Access and update your account information at any time
  • Download a copy of your data (Profile → “Download my data”)
  • Request the deletion of your personal data (Profile → “Delete Account”)
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@celpiplabs.com.

8. International Users

Our services are operated from Canada. If you access the Site from outside Canada, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada where our servers are located.

9. Children's Privacy

CelpipLabs is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
